三软煤巷锚(索)梁网支护技术研究

Technical Research on the Anchor(Cable)Beam Net Support for the Coal Tunnel with Soft Roof,Soft Bottom and Soft Two sides

介绍了皖北矿业集团孟庄矿 3 -1煤顶底板软岩煤巷锚 (索 )梁网支护试验的基本情况 ,在支护设计中以地应力评估为基础 ,考虑到生产技术条件 ,根据工程类比和工程量测法相结合 ,确定锚梁网支护参数 ,锚梁网支护同 U型钢棚式支护进行支护效果比较 ,说明了锚梁网支护能适应三软煤巷支护 ,不仅施工速度快、成本低 ,而且巷道稳定性好 ,具有显著的经济效益和应用价值。

The basic state of the anchor (cable) beam suppport tests for 3-1 coal tunnel with soft roof,soft bottom and soft two sides of Mengzhuang Mine of Wanbei Mining Group is presented.Based on ground stress evaluation in the design,considering the production and technical conditions,in the light of engineering analogy and engineering measure method,the anchor beam net support parameters are deterinined.The effect comparisons of the anchor beam net support and U-steel shed support show that the anchor beam net support is suitable for the coal tunnel with soft roof and soft two sides.It makes features of high speed of construction,low costs and good stability of the tunnel,which has obvious economic benefit and application value.
