摘要
荆门80万吨/年重油催化装置使用了Honeywell 先进控制软件,将多变量模型预测控制(MPc)技术应用于工业重油催化裂化装置的过程控制,有助于提高装置的稳定操作以及优化操作。根据实际情况设计了反再控制器、分馏控制器、吸收稳定控制器,确定了较为合理的控制策略,实践表明先进控制的应用取得了明显的经济效益。
Stability of the unit can be improved and operation can be optimized through applying the technology of MPC to FCUU unit's process control.It is designed three controllers,reactor & regenerator controller,main fractionator controller,gas plant controller inthe FCCU control system according to actual condition.Also the control strategy is discussed in detail in this paper.It is showed that adistinct economic benefit can be obtained from the application of MPC technology.
