加氢装置氢耗量模型的研究 被引量:8

Investigation on modeling the hydrogen-consumption in hydro-cracking/hydrotreating process

摘要 主要研究了加氢装置原料性质对氢耗量的影响,包括原料硫含量、密度、溴价等。根据标定数据用Aspen 软件建立加氢机理模型后,模拟不同工况的数据,利用多元回归的方法关联加氢装置氢耗量与原料性质和反应苛刻度的线性模型。 The relationship between feed properties,including sulfur content,density,bromine,etc.,and hydrogen consumption inhydro-treating/hydro-cracking process in refineries has been studied.Based on the vast data,concerned on the discrepant reaction se-verities and the various feed properties,simulated by the hydro-treating/hydro-cracking reactor model built by Aspen software,it isdrawn the hydrogen consumption correlating models.
