摘要
本文用极谱法研究了在0.02mol/LHAc NaAc(pH3.8)介质中邻氯酚红以及邻氯酚红 环糊精超分子体系的电化学行为,用电流法测定了二者的包结常数,比较了不同主客体之间的包结作用,并对邻氯酚红的电极反应机理进行了探讨。结果表明:邻氯酚红进行的是两电子转移的还原过程,有一个氢离子参与反应,其还原峰电流与邻氯酚红浓度在3.0×10-6~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系。
Electrochemical behavior of chlorophenol red and the supramolecule system of chlorophenol red-cyclodextrin in HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 3.8) has been studied by polarography. Inclusion constants were determined by electric current method. The inclusion interactions of different kind of cyclodextrin were compared. A possible mechanism was proposed for the electrode reaction of chlorophenol red. The number of electrons transferred in the reaction was showed. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of chlorophenol red over the range 3.0×10^(-6)~3.0×10^(-4) mol/L.
