始基卵泡募集受卵巢内局部因素的调控。局部生长因子和细胞连接共同参与调节始基卵泡向初级卵泡生长转化。卵母细胞和颗粒细胞之间存在多种信息传递途径,协调细胞相互作用,是调控始基卵泡募集的关键。
