摘要
目的 :了解冠状动脉起源异常 (coronaryarteryoriginanomalies,CAOA)的情况。 方法 :回顾性分析我院从 1998至 2 0 0 3年 838例冠状动脉造影资料。结果 :838例中CAOA 10例 ( 1.19% ) ,其中右冠状动脉起源于左乏氏窦 4例、无冠窦 1例 ,右冠状动脉高位开口 2例 ,左前降支和左回旋支分别独立起源于左乏氏窦 2例 ,单支冠状动脉 1例。结论 :最常见的类型是右冠状动脉起源于左乏氏窦 ,大多数异常类型并不导致严重的临床症状 ,只有少数需要外科手术治疗。
Objective: To get information about the coronary artery origin anomalies(CAOA). Methods: The data from 838 cases of coronary arteriography at our hospital between 1998 and 2003 were reviewed and analyzed. Results: CAOA were confirmed in 10 patients( 1.19 %). RCA was found originating from the left sinus of Valsalva in 4, from the none sinus of Valsalva in 1, from the ascending aorta in 2. The separate origin of LAD and LCX from the left sinus of Valsalva were found in 2 cases. Only 2 patients had coronary stenosis. Conclusion: In our case series, the origin of the RCA from the left sinus of Valsalva was the most common coronary artery origin anomalies. It does not appear to be an increased risk for the development of atherosclerotic coronary artery disease in anomalous coronary arteries. Only a few cases of coronary artery anomalies require surgical correction. Most of the congenital coronary origin anomalies identified in adults present either atypical or no signs and symptoms, and are usually found accidentally during catheterization. Coronary arteriography is the most important method for accurate diagnosis of various types of coronary artery origin anomalies.
