摘要
在检体诊断学实验课教学中 ,两个年级的 2 94名学生随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组按照教学大纲要求 ,沿用传统的教学方法 ;实验组调整教学内容 ,改变教学方式 ,引入多媒体技术、电子标准化病人等 ,并结合近年来职业医师资格技能考核的有关内容进行教学。结果表明两组间平时成绩和实验理论成绩无显著差异 ,但动手能力、理论与实践的结合能力、抽签考核成绩和总评成绩 ,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0 .0 1)。
Objective Probe into the reform of teaching physical-examination-experiment lesson in Symptomatology to improve the teaching quality. Method Divide randomly 294 students of two grades into constrast group and experiment group. Teach the contrast group with traditional teaching method according to the teaching program. For the experiment team, we adjust the teaching content, change the teaching model, apply the multi-medium and electronic standardized patients, in combination with content of the skill examination of professional doctor qualification examination. Result There is little difference in the average achievement and the experiment theory between the two group. But the ability of operation, combination of theory with practice, the achievement of sampling answer and general comment of the experiment group is far superior to the contrast group's ( P <0.01). Conclusion The reform of teaching of physical-examination-experiment lesson in Symptomatology contributes to improvment of the teaching quality.
