农用运输车可靠性评价指标的研究

传统的维修质量评价方法与现代的质量观念不相适应,用可靠性参数指标评价农用运输车质量是合理的、可行的。同时给出可靠性评价指标参数:平均首次故障时间(MTTF)、平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)和可靠性评定值Q,并且通过样本实验进行验证。此可靠性指标体系完全可以衡量农用运输车的质量,本研究具有一定的理论价值和应用价值。

The traditional way of evaluating the maintenance qualities of agricultural machinery is not suitable for the modern idea of quality. which have been serviced by fixed maintenance organization for a long time. Here is the reliable indexes parameter of evaluating: mean time to failure、mean time between failure 、availability 、the value of evaluating reliability. Other three isolative index are considered in the formula of reliable comprehensive value Q. According the sample tests, the study proves that the four indexes could be used to evaluate the maintenance qualities of agricultural machinery and has some certain theoretical and practical values.
