摘要 在分析简化基础上,建立了颗粒和粉体混合物沿倾斜管流动方程。实验测定了直径2~3mm的陶瓷颗粒和玉米秸秆粉混合物的堆密度和滑动摩擦系数。实验表明:混合物堆密度、滑动摩擦系数和混合物中各成分的理论体积系数呈线性关系,且线性式中各表观值大于纯物质相应的值。 Simplified flow equations were developed to descript granular and powder mixture flow in inclined tube according to reasonable assumptions. Bulk densities and sliding friction coefficients of the mixture in the equations were measured. Experiment shows these parameters of the mixture are linear with the theoretical volumetric coefficient of its ingredient, and the apparent values of those parameters in linear equations are larger than those of its ingredients.
