摘要
采用LCH 28与WSQ 2两种脱氮剂分别对不同种类的润滑油基础油络合脱氮后,再用白土补充精制。实验结果表明,LCH 28的保硫脱氮效果明显优于WSQ 2。在实验室小试成功的基础上,将LCH 28脱氮剂在抚顺石油一厂进行了润滑油基础油精制的工业化试验,工业化试验结果表明,加工减二线糠醛精制油的最佳剂油质量比为1∶(430~500),适宜的白土用量为原料总质量分数的1.0%;减三线的最佳剂油质量比为1∶320,适宜的白土用量为原料总质量分数的1.45%;精制油收率提高了1.0%以上;经济效益可观。
Denitrogenation experiments have been made for the different kinds of lube base oil with denitrifier LCH-28 and WSQ-2,then the denitrogenation oil were treated by the white-clay.The results show that denitrifier LCH-28 is better than WSQ-2 in the aspect of sulfur retaining and denitrogenation.On the basis of the success in the laboratory,the denitrifier LCH-28 has been industrialized in the No.1 Petroleum Refinery Factory in Fushun to produce the lube base oil,the results show that the optimum weight ratio of denitrifier to oil is 1∶(430~500) and the appropriate weight percent of clay is 1.0% for the second vacuum side furfural refined oil;the optimum weight ratio of denitrifier to oil is 1∶320 and the appropriate weight percent of white-clay is 1.45% for the third vacuum side furfural refined oil.The yield of refined oil is increased from 96%~98% to 99.3%.The profit is remarkable.
