论我国婚姻无效与撤销制度的完善

Perfecting the System of Void Marriage and Recalling Marriage in China

值此中华人民共和国民法典正在制定之际 ,考察我国现行婚姻无效与撤销制度之不足 ,借鉴外国立法经验 ,结合我国实际 ,提出修改、完善立法的建议 ,以供我国立法机关参考。

While the Civil Law Code of the People's Republic of China is being drafted, the thesis researches on the system of void marriage and recalling marriage of Chinese marriage law and reveal the defects of the system. According to our country's conditions, the article takes the advantages of foreign family laws,and gives some suggestions on the improvement of the system. We hope that the paper will work as something worthy to the legislative body in China.
