Is Moore Law Going to Be Valid in Future?

摘要 Moore根据 196 1年第一块集成电路 (IC)发明之后的 5年内 ,IC中晶体管数目增加的事实 ,发现晶体管的数目每隔两年就翻一番的规律 ,后来这一规律被人称之为Moore定律 .38年来 ,在科学技术不断发展的背景下 ,Moore定律得到了验证和支持 .为了让这种情况能够继续下去 ,人们现在就在进行着超前研究 .描述和分析了Moore定律继续下去的困难 。
