摘要
介绍了在MPEG编码中以量化步长q为参数来进行的传统的码率控制,即q域的码率控制算法然后提出了以传输矩阵中零的百分比ρ为参数进行率函数的分析最后基于ρ-q映射方法提出了ρ域分析的码率控制算法。
The traditional rate control using quantization step lengthq as a parameter (i.e., rate control algorithm inq-domain) in MPEG coding is introduced. Then the analysis using the percentageρ of 0's in the transmission matrix as a parameter is proposed. Finallyρ-domain rate control algorithm is proposed based on ρ-q mapping.
