摘要
在对P 2 979《唐开元廿四年岐州县县尉牒判集》的录文、校注的基础上 ,对文书所反映的唐开元后期政府政令效力问题进行了探讨 。
Based on recopy and collate worked on to the text P 2979: The Mei County of Qi Zhou's Official Documents Pertaining to the Lawsuit Dated From The Twenty Forth Year of Kaiyuan Period of Tang Dynasty(736A D ), this article trying to discussing the question of pragmatic effect of the later period of the High Tang government decree from the facts which are reflected in the text P 2979 and analysis the causes the decreasing the pragmatic power of the then government decree under the certain circumstances
