RNAi技术抗病毒感染的研究 被引量:1

摘要 RNAi技术是近年来发现的一项基因沉默的新技术,在各种疾病的基因治疗研究中,发挥出了巨大的潜力和独特的效果。在抗病毒感染领域,RNAi技术可以防止病毒入侵,抑制病毒复制,减少病毒RNA数量,阻断病毒蛋白的表达,从而发挥防治病毒性疾病的作用。
