摘要
对股份制的推行是张謇“实业救国”理想的重要步骤。从1886年初步尝试到1895年后成功创办大生纺织公司、将股份制导入传统产业、形成股份制企业集团、推行公司法的建设 ,张謇进行了适应国情、富有成效的股份制实践 。
The practice of joint-stock system was an important step in Zhang Jian's ideal to save the nation through industries. From his first try in 1886 to the successful establishment of 'Dasheng' Cotton Mill., Joint-stock system was introduced into traditional industries, enterprise groups with joint-stock system were formed and the construction of company law was promoted. Zhang Jian made great contributions to the development of joint-stock economy through effective practice of the system, which was suitable to the national conditions.
