摘要
劝说只是手段 ,改变他人的态度才是劝说的目的。影响劝说效果的因素有劝说者、被劝说者和劝说环境。要获得理想的劝说效果 ,必须运用得体的劝说技巧 ,如 :巧用数字 ,借助权威 ,事实说话 ,情理相济 ,曲线说服 ,征服其心 ,层层剥笋 ,得寸进尺 ,退后一步 ,变换角色 。
The purpose of persuasion is to change the receiver's attitude. Factors affecting the effect of persuasion involve the persuader, persuade and ambience where the persuasion takes place. Appropriate techniques are needed to achieve the due effect, e.g. the skillful employment of maths knowledge, resort to authority and facts, combination of presenting reasons and stirring the emotion, gradualism, role exchanges, etc.
