摘要
世界资本主义市场经济主要存在美国和欧洲两种模式。美国模式崇尚个人主义和市场竞争,政府的调控作用相对弱;欧洲模式要求个人自由和社会义务相结合,政府的调控作用相对强。两者各有利弊,并在不同时期各领风骚。这两种模式始终处于竞争、较量、调整、改革之中。比较两者的优劣长短,借鉴其经验教训,吸收其有益成份,对于发展和完善有中国特色的社会主义市场经济,有着一定的现实意义。
Tow models, namely US and European ones, exist in the world capitalist market today. The former is in favor of individualism and market competition, while the mediate role of the government is comparatively weak. The latter demands a combination of personal freedom and social responsibility while the mediate role of the government is relatively strong. Both of the models share advantages and disadvantages and play different roles in historical periods. Now these two models are still in the process of competition, adjustment and transform action. How to absorb the good and desert the bad will become quite useful and important for China to develop and perfect the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
