财产权是个人权利的基础,私有财产权已成为现代人权的重要内容。只有转变对私有财产的传统认识,尽快完善宪法,出台物权法,切实加强对私有财产的法律保护,才能促进社会主义市场经济的发展。
As the basis of personal rights, private property has become one of the important components in modern human rights. Transforming the traditional realization of private property to perfect the Constitute of P.R.C, and decreeing the law of things to reinforce the legal protection of private property may boost the development of socialist market economy.
