By principle of correspondence between subjectivity and objectivity and principle of suiting punishment and responsibility to crime, proves that unitary conviction and sentencing of offense of joint negligence is rational. After that, it sets forth constitutional conditions of offense of joint negligence as well as legislative proposals.
