摘要
张家界的旅游资源经过近 2 0多年的开发 ,已经成为享誉海内外的名牌旅游产品。象任何产品一样 ,旅游产品一经进入市场就面临寿命周期规律 ,面临能否可持续开发的问题。如何让张家界的旅游产品保持长盛不衰的吸引力 ,笔者认为应根据市场导向从以下几方面着手 :在突出景源特色、发掘资源潜在价值的前提下 ,一是坚持名牌战略 ,不断提升产品层次 ;二是立足长远观点 ,全面规划开发步骤 ;三是增加科技投入 ,持续提高产品引力 ;四是推行生态旅游 。
Through the development in the past of 20 years, the tourism resouces in Zhang jia jie have become the famous products of tourist brand enjoying good fame at home and abroad. How to keep its sustainable development, stressing the characteristics and pdigging up the potential value of resouces are the prerequisite. The paper points out that some problems should be settled, including: Persising in the famous brand strategy, and constantly promoting the product hierarchy; basing on long-term interests, completely planning the step of development; increasing the input with science and technology, constantly raising appeal to people; carring out ecotourim, strengthening the protection of the tourism environment.
