The similarities, differences and the origion of impacts that religion exerts on law between the West and China

早期中西方社会宗教对法律都有巨大影响 ,之后中西方出现差异。本文从三个历史阶段比较分析中西方宗教对法律影响的异同 。

In early socities of the West and China, religion exerted a tremendous influence on law,later, differences exist between them. This paper compares and analyzes differences on this issue and discusses the reasons.
