The twisting lever breakup of T815 derrick truck is a key factor affecting the erection, placement and safe transportation of the derrick truck. The cause of the twisting lever breakup by means of analyzing the operation and maintenance of the derrick truck is found out, precaution measures are put forward, a conclusion is obtained that the twisting lever breakup can be prevented through improving its surface quality, bettering operation and maintenance methods.
