摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定了二陈丸中β-谷甾醇的含量.样品经提取点于硅胶GF254薄层板上,以V(甲苯)∶V(乙酸乙酯)=4∶1为展开剂,用质量分数5%硫酸乙醇溶液显色,85℃烘干定位,检测波长501nm.结果是平均加样回收率为100 6%(n=5),RSD为2 8%.该方法可用于二陈丸的质量控制.
The content of β-sitosterol in Erchen Pill was determined by using TLC scanning. The extracted solution of the sample was spotted at silica gel(GF254)thin-layer chromatographic plate.The mobile phase was V(toluene)∶V(ethyl acetate)=4∶1; the developer was 5% sulfuric acid-ethanol and the drying temperature was 85℃. The measurement wavelength of sample was 501 nm. The average adding sample recovery percent was 100.6% and RSD was 2.8%. This method is simple, believable and available for quality control of Erchen Pill.
