摘要
企业人力资本投资结构是涉及到投资合理性和有效性的一个重要问题。从对企业人力资本投资的基本概念入手 ,探讨了企业人力资本投资结构的研究对象、对生产的一般作用机理以及实施优化管理的基本问题 。
Based on the conviction that the structure of enterprise human resourc es investment plays a key role in enterprise management,the paper analyses the concept,target,and functions of the enterprise human resources investment so a s to inactivate thoughts on the theory and practice of human resources investmen t reshuffling.
