摘要
“经济全球化”与“可持续发展”是全球范围内讨论的两大热点问题。可持续发展模式具有全球化的特征 ,“经济全球化”与“可持续发展”两者是一种对立统一的关系。当前经济全球化的进一步发展使两者对立的一面日益明显 ,为了在全球化背景下实施可持续发展 ,就必须用可持续性的理念来规范和指导经济全球化的进程 ,争取在二者之间取得“双赢”
The paper holds that economic globalization and sustainable development,subject s being heatedly discussed internationally, are dialectically inter-related but the current headway made in globalization has highlighted their conflict and th at to accomplish the sustainability of the economic development effective measur es ought to be taken to regulate and guide the process of globalization.
