摘要
民办高等教育是社区依靠本区经济能力自主开办的高等学校教育组织 ,旨在培养为当地社会经济建设服务的各种急需人才 ,在社区教育中处于重要地位并发挥着重要作用。
The paper holds that private higher education, an educational institut ion that is based on the economic independency of a community, plays a vital rol e in the training of talents for local economic construction and deserves due at tention from the public.
