This paper introduces the new technology of Virtual Reality, 3D Mode ling and Parametric Design into the development and design of the new-type cell ular phone by the application of UG software's function, 3D Modeling, which can help the modeling design of the new-type cel lular phone case to meet the requirements of short cycle and high quality and th erefore explore new ways for the development of new style mechanical and electri cal products.
