摘要
对 DG1 0 2 5 /1 8.2 - 1 4型 W火焰锅炉在冷态下进行了全面的测试分析 ,并掌握了锅炉的各种特性 ;在此基础上对一次风和二次配风进行了冷态调平 ,为锅炉运行调整提供了可靠的依据。同时 ,对炉内空气动力场进行了飘带试验研究和计算机数值模拟研究 ,结果表明 :经过合理的一、二次风配置 。
The characteristics of the DG1025/18.2-Ⅱ14 W-flame boiler were obtained based on cold test. By balancing the distribution of primary air and second air along the width direction of the boiler hearth,the credible references were given for boiler operation.The aerodynamic field inside the boiler was investigated based on the tie-floating test and numerical simulation. The results show that good aerodynamic field can be obtained after distributing the primary air and second air reasonably.
