党校教育同高校教育一样,是一项系统工程。在新的历史时期,我们应辩证地遵循系统学原理来优化党校教育系统的结构。本文从党校教育和高校教育、政治思想教育和理论教育、授课实践化和内容理论化、主体教育和学历教育、教师和学员、教师队伍建设和管理干部队伍建设等六个方面的辩证统一论述了党校教育系统各要素的优化组合。
The party school education is a systematic work, in the new period, we should abide the systematic theory to optimize the contract of the party school education system.
