摘要 采用工业ZrO2 ,Al2 O3 为原料 ,通过适当的工艺制备出ZrO2 -Al2 O3 复相陶瓷。研究结果表明 :添加Al2 O3 可有效地抑制ZrO2 晶粒的生长 ,有利于使ZrO2 晶粒以亚稳四方相存在 ,从而提高材料的强度与断裂韧性。Al2 O3 质量分数为 2 0 %时 ,复相陶瓷的抗弯强度、断裂韧性分别为 6 76 .7MPa ,10MPa·m1/ 2 。 In this paper,ZrO 2-Al 2O 3 ceramic composites were prepared with commercial ZrO 2 and Al 2O 3 powers by means of appropriate technique.The experimental results show that the grain growth of ZrO 2 is inhibited by introduction of Al 2O 3,which is in favor of leaving large amount of metastable tetragonal ZrO 2 in the body and results in higher strength and toughness of ceramics.When the addition of alumina is 20wt%,the bending strenghth and fracture toughness of the composites are 676.7MPa and 10MPa·m 1/2respectively.The mechanical propertise are improved by the dispersion toughening of alumina grain and the phase transformation toughening of zircoina.
