摘要
探讨了由Si和Al2 O3 或由Al、Si和Al2 O3 合成β SiAlON -Al2 O3 复合材料的合成机理 ,同时还探讨了刚玉原料中杂质铁和钛 ,以及氮化硅晶种的催化效应及其机理。研究表明 :以高铁棕刚玉、Si和金属Al为原料 ,添加适量的氮化硅晶种 ,可以合成高性能的β SiAlON -Al2 O3
The mechanism of synthesizing β-SiAlON-Al 2 O 3 composite from Si and Al 2 O 3 or Si,Al and Al 2 O 3 were discussed,then the cataly sis of Fe,Ti and the effect of seed crystal Si 3N 4 were also discussed.The s tudy showed that a high quality β-SiAlON-Al 2 O 3 composite could be synthesized from Si,Al metal and brown corundum with high iron as well as some S i 3 N 4 as seed crystal.
