研制成功的WORM-1型一次写多次读出式光学头,是光盘机中的关键技术。本项目研制的光学头,结构合理,体积小、成象质量好,弥散斑≤1μm,光学系统耦合效率≥62%。考虑到宽温要求,采用了倾斜轴1/4λ波片技术。

A new type Write Once and Read Many optical head,WORM-I,which is the key technique for write-once optical disk drive,has been su-ccessfully developed.It has the advantages of fine image-forming quality,rational structure,and compact size.The focused spot diameter at the halfintensity point is less than lum and optical energy coupling efficiency reachesup 62%.A quarter wave plate with tilting optical axis is employed to fit inthe needs of use in wide range temperature.
