摘要
作为一名即将走向社会的大学毕业生,正面临着人生中最重要的选择之一——职业选择。随着中国的高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育的转变和大学生就业制度的改革以及我国经济和社会的迅速发展所形成的对人才要求的不断提高,大学生自主择业已是大势所趋。在这样的就业背景下,大学生如何给自己设计一个合理的职业发展计划,并在此基础上调整好就业心态,改变以往的就业观念,树立合乎适宜的就业观,给自己一个合理的定位等等这些问题,都将是当前大学毕业生必须认真思考和妥善解决的。
University graduates must face employment. They have to get prepared psychologically for the challen-ges in the job market. Thus, they should be aware of their position, competitions to be faced and cor-rect attitude.
