对现行公安体制的几点思考

Thoughts on Present Public Security System

近年来,公安体制在改革中呈现出明显的变化,但由于人和物的种种条件限制,公安体制还存在许多不合理的现象。从基层的角度对现行公安体制提出质疑,有助于公安体制的进一步深化改革。

In recent years, public security system changed evidently in reform. Because of the restriction of conditions there exist a lot of unreasonable phenomena in public security system. Querying the system from the point of view of grass-roots police is conductive to the deepening of the reform.
