摘要
本文描述了模块化测量系统结构的容错设计模型以及冗余储备模型,并分析了提高测量系统可靠度和有效度的具体方法。
To have high dependability is an important problem for a measurement system.The use of high-quality components and advanced electronic circuit design technology can not meet the requirements of high instrumentation reliability in our modern industrialized societies.This paper reviews a modular measurement system and analyzes the reliability logic relation among the system modules.Hierarchical models of a modular measurement systemwith fault-tolerant design is described.These sorts of system improve systemreliability significantly.The high operation performance of the modular mea-surement system makes a reliabile work.The paper indicates that system avai-lability is important as well as system reliability.Redundant design techno-logy is discussed and proved to be a good way to improve system availabilityand to have a high system life-time.
