Thoughts on the System of Independent Director in the Realities of China

从大的趋势看,在我国公司(尤其是上市公司)中实行独立董事制度是不可避免的。但这并不意味着独立董事制度所存在的问题都已解决。我们必须对这一制度在中国的推行有一个清醒的认识。

Judged from the main tendency, the system of independent director will be carried out inevitably in companies (especially the public companies) of our country. But this phenomenon doesn抰 mean that all problems about the system have been resolved. Practices can be continued in controversy, but thoughts of theory can抰 be stopped just for a minute. We must have a clear cognition about this system carried out in the realities of our nation.
