摘要
本文基于周期物体的自成象效应,研制了二元位相光栅型平行传输阵列光斑器件。16×16,32×32等二维二元π/2及2π/3位相光栅阵列器件,在500mm 的传输距离内,边长为0.3及0.4mm 的方形单元光斑,其光束扩展率<1%。为光数字处理及光计算等系统研制了一种有实用价值的阵列器件。本文由衍射理论及数值分析对该器件的设计原理、技术特点等进行了理论分析,并给出了实验结果。
A phase grating array interconnection element for optical digital image processing system and optical computing sysem is developed.On the basis of the diffraction theory and the numerical analysis,the self-image property of the binary phase grating is discussed.By using these property,π/2 and 2π/3 grating with 16×16,32×32 arrays have been fabricated.Alight spot of 0.4mm diameter has adivergence less than 1% in the transmis-sion distance of 500mm,The main technical features are analysed and some-experimental results are demonstrated.
