摘要
本文讨论了振膜式气体密度传感器的工作过程、设计思想,并对其基本特性进行了实验研究。
In this paper,the working process and de sigh principle,property of the vibrated diaphragm gas density transducer are described.The transducer is based on the theory which the intrinsical frenqucy of the diaphragm made by the constant elastic alloy material varise with the density of the gas madium.The output of the transducer is a digital singnal which is suitable totransport a signal for a long distance.Comparing with the vibrated tube gasdensity transducer,this kind of transducer is not only economical in cost butalso simple in structure.It can be applied in wide scope,such as the convey-ing system of the natural gas and chemical engineer's system.
