从马克思辩证唯物主义认识论的角度来看,与时俱进、开拓创新与我们党的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线是一致的:解放思想、实事求是的思想路线是与时俱进、开拓创新精神的思想前提和理论基础;与时俱进、开拓创新是解放思想、实事求是的辩证思维和唯物主义精神的必然要求和现实体现;与时俱进、开拓创新的精神与解放思想、实事求是的思想路线统一于党的全部理论与实践之中。

In the eye of the Marxist dialectical materialistic theory of knowledge, keeping pace with the times and coming up with new ideas in respect of theory are consistent with the Party's ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts.Emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts are an ideological prerequicite to and a theoretical basis for keeping pace with the times and coming up with new ideas.The latter is an inevitable requirement and embodiment of dialectical thinking and materialistic spirit for the former.Both of them must be carried out in all the Party's theories and practice.
