摘要
介绍了锤锻模失效的机理,分析了锤锻模常规热处理工艺的不足之处,并提出了工艺改进措施,通过增加正火工序、提高淬火温度和增加氮碳共渗工艺,在生产中可以延长锤锻模使用寿命.
This article introduces the mechanism of the failure of forging dies and analyzes the shortage of normal heat treatment process for forging dies, and also gives the idea on how to improve processing measure.Through adding normalizing process and improving temperature of quenching and adding nitrocarburizing process, the service life of forging dies can be delayed in the production.
