摘要
目的 探讨雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠行为和免疫功能的影响。方法 将小鼠进行力竭性游泳 ,以开场试验检测自主性行为、MTT法测定淋巴细胞转化和溶血空斑法测定抗体形成。结果 力竭性游泳对ConA诱导下的淋巴细胞增殖和抗体形成细胞数量有显著的抑制作用 ,力竭性游泳后小鼠活动时间、活动总路程和中区逗留时间均缩短。雪莲可显著对抗力竭性游泳引起的上述改变。结论 雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠的疲劳现象、抑郁性行为和恐惧行为有改善作用 ,可能与其免疫调节功能有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Saussurea Medusa Maxim on locomotion and immune function in Swimming Exhaustive BALB/C mice. Methods Male BALB/C mice received exhaustive swimming 4 times in 10 days. Autonomic behavior was measured with Open Field test. The observation of lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A was tested with MTT, and Plaque forming cell (PFC) after exhaustive swimming was investigated with Hemolytic plaque test. Results After exhaustive swimming, the motive time and motive distance significantly decreased compared with control group( P <0.05). The time staying in central area also decreased compared with that before exhaustive swimming ( P <0.05). The lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA and the amount of the Plaque forming cells was inhibited after exhaustive swimming ( P <0.01 for both). Saussurea Medusa Maxim treatment blocked exhaustive swimming-induced behavioral and immune changes. Conclusion Saussurea medusa maxim could improve exhaustive swimming-induced behavioral depression and fear. The mechanism may be related to the suppression of immune function induced by immuno-stress.
