摘要
目的 探讨医学生的一般自我效能感与心理健康状况、父母养育方式之间的关系。方法 用一般效能感量表 (GSES)、症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )及父母养育方式评价量表 (EMBU )对 43 7名广东医学院本科生进行评定。结果 (1)医学生的一般自我效能感存在着性别差异 ,男生得分显著高于女生。 (2 )医学生在SCL 90的躯体化、抑郁、恐怖、偏执和人际关系敏感等因子上的得分显著低于全国大学生常模 ;男生在SCL 90上的躯体化、强迫、敌对、偏执等因子的得分显著高于女生。 (3 )男生在父母养育方式量表的FF2、FF3、FF5、FF6、MF2、MF5等因子上的得分显著高于女生。 (4 )GSES的得分与SCL 90各因子的得分之间均呈显著的负相关 ;GSES的得分与EMBU中的FF1之间存在极其显著的正相关、与FF6、MF2、MF3、MF4之间存在显著的负相关。结论 医学生的一般自我效能感与心理健康状况、父母养育方式之间存在着一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between general self-efficacy and mental health status as well as parental rearing style in medical college students. Methods 328 undergraduates of Guangdong medical College were asked to answer a questionnaire which consisted of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),SCL-90 and EMBU. Result (1)The mean score of GSES of male medical college students was significantly higher than their female counterparts. (2) Scores of medical college students in factors of somatization,depression,fear,Paranoid ideation and interpersonal sensitivity in SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of national norm. The male and female had significant difference in the lists of somatization,Obsessive-Compulsive,hostility and Paranoid ideation in SCL-90. Scores of males were higher than those of females.(3)Significant gender differences existed in the factors of FF2,FF3,FF5,FF6,MF2,MF5 in EMBU. Scores of male students were higher than those of their counterparts. (4) The scores of GSES were negatively related with all factors of SCL-90 and FF6,MF2,MF3 and MF4 in EMBU,but were positively related with MFI in EMBU. Conclusion The general self-efficacy of medical college students has certain relationship with their mental health status and parental rearing style.
