中医肝脏象情绪量表的编制

Development of Emotion Rating Scale for Ganzangxiang of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ERSG)

目的本研究旨在编制一套适合评估中医肝证患者情绪状态的量表 ,为中医情志学说的现代研究提供临床评估工具。方法采用临床流行病学调查、项目分析及经验性筛选等方法建立量表 ,在不同省 (市 )测量中医肝证患者共 718例 ,制定常模。结果本量表有 2 4个项目 ,分肝经、焦虑、抑郁三个因子 ,分析结果表明各因子的项目均具有好的区分度 ,量表的信度及效度较好 ,量表满分为 12 0分 ,划界分为3 1分。结论中医肝脏象情绪量表基本达到了设计目的和心理测量学要求 ,具有临床实用价值。

ObjectiveTo develop a emotion rating scale for Ganzangxiang of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). Methods The methods of epidemiology, item analysis and experienced selection were used to construct the scale. The norm was established from a standard sample consisting 718 Ganzheng of TCM patients in China.Results The scale consisting of 24 items grouped into liver syndrome, Anxious and Depression factors. Item analyses showed the items of ERSG had satisfactory indexes of item discrimination. The ERSG has high reliability and validity The total of score the is 120, and the demarcation score is 31.Conclusion The ERSG attained satisfactory psychometric properties and pragmatic values.
