深圳特区中老年人群龋齿流行特征分析

Epidemiolegical feature of dental caries among middle aged and elderly people in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳特区中老年人群龋病流行特征。方法随机抽样调查 35～ 4 4、 6 5～ 74岁年龄组恒牙患龋情况。结果 35～ 4 4岁年龄组患龋率 (DMF)为 75 3% ,龋均 3 76 ,需治率 6 3 5 7% ;6 5～ 74岁年龄组患龋率 (DF)为 4 2 6 8% ,龋均 1 4 5 ,需治率 4 0 6 7%。结论应重视中老年人群口腔卫生与保健 。

Objective To find out the epidemiological features of dental caries among middle aged and elderly people in Shenzhen. Methods Random sample was used to analyze two groups of people, whose age varied from 35～44 and 65～74, suffering form dental caries. Result In 35～44 age group, the prevalence rate of DMF was 75 43%, the mean caries was 3 76, the treatment requiring proportion of it was 63 57%, while in 65～74 age group the prevalence rate of DF was 42 68%, the mean caries was 1 45 and the treatment requiring proportion was 10 67%. Conclusion We must pay more attention to the mouth health care of middle aged and elderly people and research measures of community prevention and cure of mouth illness.
