新型纳米级全氟碳化合物在兔失血休克状态下对脑皮质神经元的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价纳米级全氟碳化合物在兔失血休克状态下对脑皮质神经元的保护作用。方法:建立失血致低血容量性休克新西兰兔模型,观察纳米级全氟碳治疗前、后及各组各时间点新西兰兔呼吸、血压、心率、血气等各参数及脑皮质病理变化。结果:12h存活率实验组(80%)比对照组(20%)高。实验组呼吸较对照组深大,次数加快。实验组动物在监测结束时血压(82.0±4.0)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)较对照组(50.0±3.0)mmHg为高。实验组动脉血氧分压(336.1±16.5)mmHg较对照组(136.2±16.4)mmHg明显升高。组间动脉血二氧化碳分压有明显差别,实验组CO2排泄较对照组增强。对照组血气呈现明显变酸趋势。实验组动物瞳孔监测结束时较对照组偏小,瞳孔对光反射较对照组灵敏。病理组织学观察可见实验组动物脑皮质损伤较对照组明显减轻。结论:纳米级全氟碳化合物通过多方面的作用机制对脑皮质神经元具有明显保护功能,能够改善脑缺氧。 AIM:To observe and evaluate the effect of a new type nanometer perfluorocarbo n in protection of cerebral cortical neurons in hemorrhagic shock rabbits. METHODS:Hemorrhagic shock was induced in New Zealand rabbits by artery bleedi ng.In the course of experiment,heart rate,respiratory frequency,blood pressure,b lood gas,etc.were observed.And the pathological changes of cerebral cortex were also observed. RESULTS:At 12 hours the survival rate in the experimental group was 80% ,hig her than that in the control group( 20% ) .Breath in the experimental group was deeper than that in the control group and respiratory frequency was also fas ter.In the experimental group,the blood pressure was(82.0± 4.0)mmHg and the par tial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2) was(336.1± 16.5) mmHg,both significantly higher than those of the control group[(50.0± 3.0) mmHg and(136.2± 16.4) mmHg respectively].The partial pressure of arterial carbondioxide in the experimenta l group significantly differed from that in the control group.The excretion of C O2 in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group .A tendency of blood gas to going acid remarkably existed in the control group.T he pupil of the rabbits in the experiment group was bigger and more sensitive to light as compared with that in the control group.Pathological observation showe d that the injury of parietal lobe cortex in the experimental group was relieved more distinctly in comparison with the control group. CONCLUSION:The nanometer perfluorocarbon protects cerebral cortical neurons b y various ways, and improves anoxia of brain.
