摘要 目的:骨科患者用赋权模式术前健康教育是否比传统教育模式提高护理结果。方法:将74例患者用抽签法随机分成实验组39例(赋权模式教育)和对照组35例(传统模式教育)。术前教育结束后,用赋权和自我效能问卷测定赋权得分、自我效能得分、疼痛得分和手术前后自护能力得分,评估住院天数和肺部并发症。结果:两组患者的赋权得分、自我效能得分、疼痛得分和手术前后自护能力得分之间差异有显著性意义,而住院天数得分和肺部并发症之间无统计学意义。结论:用赋权模式对骨科患者术前教育更能增强自信心,是术前教育程序的必不可少的一部分。 AIM:To examine whether better nursing effect can be obtained in the patients who receive an empowerment model for preoperative orthopaedic teaching compared to the patients who receive the traditional education. METHODS:Seventy four patients were randomly divided into trial group(39 patients followed by a empowerment model of preoperative teaching) and control group(35 patients followed by a traditional education) be sortition,both of which completed a questionnaire designed to measure their perceptions of the teaching empowerment and self efficacy(belief in their ability to carry out perioperative tasks),pain management and pre and post operative self nursing,and to assess length of stay, pulmonary complications. RESULTS:There were significant differences in the scores of empowerment,self efficancy,pain management,and pre and post operative self nursing between the trial and control groups,while no statistical significance in the length of stay and pulmonary complication. CONCLUSION:The empowerment teaching approach enables patients to become more confident in their ability to carry out perioperative tasks,which is an essential part of the preoperative teaching process.
