慢性盆腔痛与女性性功能、婚姻和生活质量的相关分析

Correlation analysis of sexual function and quality of marital life and quality of life in women with chronic pelvic pain

目的:评估慢性盆腔痛对患者性功能、婚姻和生活质量的影响。方法:采用女性性功能调查问卷、生活质量SF-36量表和O'lson's婚姻质量量表测试25～50岁慢性盆腔痛患者及健康女性各70例的各项得分或所占百分率。结果:慢性盆腔痛患者的性生活频度、性高潮及性要求的次数均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而性交痛的发生率显著高于后者(P<0.01);躯体疼痛、心理健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能的评分明显低于对照组(前两项P<0.01,后三项P<0.05),而生理功能、生理职能和总体健康在两组间无显著差异(P>0.05);调查组婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、角色平等及性生活评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:慢性盆腔痛可引起生活质量、婚姻质量和性功能的明显下降。

AIM:To assess the effect of chronic pelvic pain on woman's sexual function,quality of marital life and quality of life. METHODS:The situation of sexual function,quality of marital life and quality of life in one month were surveyed with the questionnaire of Sexual Function for Women, SF 36 and O'lson's ENRICH Questionary(OEQ) respectively in 70 parients with chronic pelvic pain as investigational group and 70 normal women as control group,and the women are 25-50 years old in both groups. RESULTS:The frequence of sexual life and the time of sexual pleasure and sexuality in women suffering from chronic pelvic pain were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01), but the incidence of pain during intercourse was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.01).The scores of bodily pain,psychological health,vigor,social function and emotional function in the investigational group were lower than those in the control group(the former two P< 0.01,the latter three P< 0.05),but the general health,physiological function and role in the two groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).The scores of marriage satisfaction,marital communication,equal role and sex life of the investigational group were lower than those of the control group(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Chronic pelvic pain can significantly reduce the quality of life, quality of marital life and sexual function.
