康复训练在人工全膝关节置换术中的作用

Effect of rehabilitation training on knees after total knee arthroplasty

目的:探讨早期进行康复训练对人工全膝关节置换术后功能恢复的作用。方法:通过对18例患者(25膝)人工全膝关节置换术前膝关节功能与术后康复训练25d后膝关节评分标准(HSS-KS)结果进行统计学分析。结果:全膝关节置换术后进行早期康复训练组膝关节功能较术前有明显改善,HSS-KS评分结果,术前为39.37±6.32;术后为77.36±12.68,P<0.01。结论:早期进行康复训练对人工全膝关节置换术后功能恢复具有重要意义。

AIM:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on functional recovery after total knee arthroplasty(TKA). METHODS:Statistical analysis was performed in 18 patients(25 knees) with HSS KS standard scores before TKA and 25 days after TKA with rehabilitation training. RESULTS:The function of knee joints improved more obviously after TKA with 25 day rehabilitation training as compared with that of knee joints before TKA,and the scores of HSS KS were 39.37±6.32 and 7.36±12.68 before and after operation respectively(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The early rehabilitation training is of great importance for promotion of functional recovery in patients after TKA.
