高龄患者行人工髋关节置换术围手术期并发症相关因素分析

Analysis on related factors of complication during the perioperative treatment with hip arthroplasty in elderly patients

目的:分析髋关节假体置换术围手术期内并发症发生的相关因素,探讨高龄患者行人工髋关节置换术的安全性和有效性。方法:对63例高龄患者进行人工髋关节置换手术,平均年龄82.3岁。对患者术前进行全面评估并对围手术期内并发症发生状况进行分析。结果:患者术后髋关节评分平均提高20.5分(Harris评分),38例患者围手术期内存在并发症,不同分级患者术后并发症发生率不同。结论:高龄患者行人工髋关节置换术后并发症发生率高,高龄患者行人工髋关节置换术在缓解疼痛、改善髋关节功能方面具有较高安全性和可靠性。

AIM:To analyze the related factors of complications during the perioperation treatment with hip arthroplasty,and to discuss the efficacy and reliability of hip arthroplasty in the elderly patients. METHODS:Sixty three elderly patients with a mean age of 82.3,were treated with hip arthroplasty.Overall assessment was performed before treatment,and the complications of patients during the perioperative treatment were analyzed. RESULTS:The score of hips in patients after treatment was increased by 20.5 graded by Harris.Different complications occurred in 38 subjects,and its incidence was different according to the patient classification after the perioperation treatment. CONCLUSION:The incidence of complication is very high in the elderly patients treated with hip arthroplasty.The hip arthroplasty is safe and reliable for the elderly patients to relieve pain and improve hip function.
